A complete rebuild of over 24,000 SF of interior space designed to set a new hallmark for interior space utilization by all departments within the State Capitol Complex. Innovative components included raised access flooring, modular wiring and flexible data ports which will permit an incalculable number of future revisions to the entire facility thereby maximizing the Department’s capacity for growth and flexibility. Other unique features include conference rooms enclosed in LED privacy panels, an innovative sound emitter system that allows for white noise to conceal conversations even in an open office plan, and an independent mechanical system dedicated to delivering an ergonomic environment to increase air quality and productivity.

This renovation qualified as a Silver Certified LEED project.
