The new building includes a large open office area, a new printing room, conference rooms, a break room with an integral kitchen, a multipurpose room, locker rooms and restrooms. The project commenced on April 1, 2005 when The Health Plan authorized the team to proceed with the project design.

The overall time consumed was eight months for all design and construction with the job substantially complete by Dec. 9, 2005. The Health Plan had interior furnishings, office cubicles, etc. installed during the remainder of December and early January and finished moving into the building on January 23. The new facility has 53 parking spaces.
