This 97,000 SF warehouse was our second project for this client, the first was a 26,000 SF addition to the manufacturing building. Because food storage products are stored at this facility, a floor hardener and whitening compound was added to the concrete floor and the structure was painted white. This facility included a fire suppression storage tank and pump building.
