Renovations of second and third floors of Wheeling Catholic Elementary School (formerly Cathedral Parish School), which was built in the Victorian Gothic style. Major work included structural upgrades, ADA modifications, new arched windows to match existing, updated life safety measures including fire suppression and alarm system. The 1,616 SF, three-story masonry addition included a stairwell, elevator and emergency exits.
