The work consisted of construction of a 17,600 SF wellness center and gymnasium and interior remodeling of 8,500 SF of offices and locker rooms. Project included a steel frame structure, masonry interior and exterior walls, translucent window wall system, mechanical, plumbing and electrical work. Exterior site work involved relocating 40" storm drain, new and resurface parking and parking lot striping.
